The Hayloft, Downley Common

The Hayloft is situated at Downley Farmhouse in Downley, Buckinghamshire - half way between London and Oxford, close to Marlow and Henley-on-Thames. Downley is a small village set around a common with a friendly local pub, The Le De Spencer Arms, which serves good food. The village has all the necessary local amenities and is within easy reach of all major communication networks and local attractions. The space The Hayloft is first floor self-contained accommodation accessed by a private external staircase. It has recently been redecorated and furnished to provide a comfortable and cosy environment. The open plan accommodation offers a kitchen area with breakfast bar and bar stools. The kitchen is fitted with a combination microwave, fridge, kettle, toaster and coffee machine. Tea, coffee and sugar are provided. The open plan living area has a two seater sofa complete with comfy cushions and throw. There is a smart HD 40" TV with Netflix and BBC iplayer available. Radio and CD player. King size bed with duvet and plenty of pillows. Shower room with pedestal basin and w.c. White fluffy towels and toiletries provided. Cot and High chair available on request. The owner's horses are stabled a short distance from the staircase and there are free range chickens and ducks roaming in the gardens.
