The apartmen is perfect for two. It is a faily large studio in the Eurotel complex with a surface of some 35 m2. It has been recently renewed. It has two very comfortable fold-down single beds, sofa, separate kitchen with fridge and microwave oven. washing machine, hair dryer. Airconditioning with heat pump. Eurotel offers a private beach (sun umbrella and two beds at just 12 Euro/day), private car parking with limited number (first come, first serve) and a large terrace with full sea view. The space The apartment is directly on the same island (Lido di Venezia) housing the Venice Film Festival at a fairly short distance (5 minutes walk along the sea shore) from Palazzo del Cinema. The apartment has a view from the window on Venice lagoon and San Marco. During Mostra del Cinema event the apartment is rented for the complete duration (10 days, or more if needed). Guest access The apartment is at the 6th floor of the building. It can be reached easily * by car The ferry leaves Tronchetto pier every 50 minutes and the journey takes some 20 minutes across Venice, * by train Arrival at Venice railway station, then jump direct on the vaporetto (bus motorboat) for the Lido, * by plane Venice Tessera Int'l Airport, then either bus to Piazzale Roma onwards. The Eurotel can be reached by bus leaving every 10 minutes the busy Santa Maria Elisabetta vaporetto station. Other things to note Eurotel is a quiet building consisting exclusively of private apartments. The rules are simple: * no noise * no pets, however lovely * no loud talks or parties * no cooking except breakfast and snacks * no loud music or TV * respect and sympathy for the neighbours.
