Charming house – Vallet – near Nantes

In the heart of the Nantes vineyard, in a quiet and soothing environment, our charming old stone cottage welcomes you, nestled in the large wooded park. Adjacent to the late 19th century property, it has a separate entrance and parking. Many hiking trails between vineyards and forest are accessible from the property and the area is rich in discoveries. The space The house is composed of: - on the ground floor, a beautiful living room with a sofa bed opening onto the park with private terrace, garden table, barbecue and deckchairs, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bedroom with shower room and adjoining toilet, opening onto a shaded terrace. - Upstairs, accessible by an old exterior stone staircase (be careful to lower your head when entering!) a large, beautifully restored independent bedroom with en-suite shower room. The bedding is new and of quality. Linens and towels are included in the price Possibility to add a crib on request, and high chair. Indoor games and children's books available. Tea and coffee, sugar, and spices are available free of charge in the cottage upon arrival. As part of the Covid 19 epidemic, cleaning and disinfection of the premises according to the recommended hygiene standards between each stay. Guest access Two private terraces open to the freely accessible park on the cottage side. The courtyard on the main house side is not accessible to guests. Other things to note The sofa bed in the living room can be used to sleep one or two children because it is in the immediate vicinity of the downstairs bedroom (since the second bedroom is located on the 1st floor and accessible only by the external staircase). It is not suitable for adults to sleep on for comfort reasons because it does not have a bed frame (13 cm thick foam mattress). Its use does not call into question the number of occupants limited to 5 people (plus baby). The TV is "smart connected" and provides Netflix, Molotov and Amazon Prime Video free of charge.
