Springtime in Fl-off street Parking-Easy Walking!

We really are in the heart of the historic area-walk everywhere!Most guest’s cars in our off street driveway never leave! The bedroom is on 2nd floor, queen bed and attached bath. There is adjacent living room, tv and porch for your exclusive use. Washer, dryer, share our fridge. Our bedroom is on same floor, we walk past living room entrance and guest doors to/from our room. NO Pets!- sorry! The space We are a couple who have a second floor guestroom (12x12) with a queen sized bed, so it can be a single or two close people! Private Bathroom attached. We supply all linens, towels, etc- you can even borrow 2 beach chairs! Parking is right in our driveway (which is a luxury in downtown!) We live in the center of St. Augustine, near restaurants, bars, the historic bayfront and fort. Very safe area. The second floor living room with a big TV and a balcony is for your use and you can stash food in our fridge and cook if you are tidy! Washer and dryer too! Oh and we have plenty of wine glasses if you like to sit and sip on the balcony. You can park in our driveway, smoke outside- but no pets! No children under 8 as the house is step filled, tile floor etc. **I'm legit! licensed and paying federal. state and local taxes-So raised my rates a little. I'm one of the few licensed airbnb in town- Guess i shouldn't complain- part of the bed tax supports our local cultural activities. Room is on second floor, with living room with balcony. Washer/dryer if needed. Right in the middle of town- walk everywhere. Beach is 2 mile drive away. Guest access Upstairs living room, balcony, washer, dryer. Downstairs kitchen, fridge, wine glasses etc. During your stay We try to be friendly and helpful without driving you crazy! Other things to note I know your excited to travel- but please complete your profile, attach pictures of all in your party. It shows an effort and gives us a feel for who you are! As a (rare) licensed host, I just figured out that 30% of my fee goes to federal, state and local taxes! Plus some to Airbnb. So unfortunately I'm raising my rate. That doesn't cover all the taxes and fees but I feel bad going any higher. I hope you'll consider staying with us! Cathi
