With a separate door, this small stand-alone studio apartment has its own private shower wet room and simply equipped kitchen; located near to Hampton Court Palace, HC rail, Kingston 411 bus - pls NOTE our location relative to your needs as we can't move! No laundry facilities available - there is a laundromat locally. It is a 4' double bed - SMALL DOUBLE with no footboard. Free street parking, shared patio outside space The space This small studio cottage started life before our time as a separate single garage before being converted to provide work space and then to accommodate our growing children and frequent visitors. It is a separate small studio apartment with its own small kitchen equipped with kettle, toaster, microwave and fridge - and all necessary crockery and cutlery. The cottage has its own loo/shower wet room. The bed is a comfy but a SMALL double. There is freeview TV and free use of our (usually reliable) wifi. You are welcome to sit on the patio, sunshine not guaranteed! We include tea and coffee and basic spices. We are happy to supply milk and a loaf of bread but need advance warning. NOTE THAT THE ENTRANCE IS LOW SO DUCK YOUR HEAD! Guest access The cottage has its own entrance via a shared gate and path. We have a small, decked garden which guests are welcome to use in good weather or if you are a VERY TIDY & CONSIDERATE smoker. NO ASH to be put into the inside bins. It's a LOW ENTRANCE so watch your head! There is free parking on the street - not always right outside but near enough - do let us know if you'd like it right outside and we will do our best to keep a space. Mind your head on the door frame! Other things to note It is a small 4' double bed - SMALL DOUBLE. Free street parking, shared patio outside space There is a small hairdryer. Some of our guests come from warmer climes so we have also included a heater to supplement our central heating to your taste. Please switch off while you are not in: the environment belongs to us all! The WET room is small but there is a good supply of bath mats to make it more comfortable to use after a shower. The bed is a SMALL 4 ft double with no foot board - and a very comfortable mattress! We don't have any equipment to host children and babies do count so please ask permission before you arrive - you would need to bring your own cot, plug covers, etc as you find necessary. Our garden is not secure enough for children, we also have a tempting uncovered pond. We can supply an air mattress and bedding for a single older child for £20 laundry fee - but the space is small and this will diminish your enjoyment and we prefer not host more than two people. Additional adults over 2 are NOT allowed. We are not in a country park or really in the countryside but we can't change the platform's categories!
