The double sofa bed suited for children up to age 12. Suitable for those with mobility issues. Pet friendly. Allowing for one house-trained dog. No gas - we have electric heaters. The space This cosy ground floor apartment is located in an enviable location nestled above Tenby harbour and award-winning North beach. The apartment offering a comfortable and stylish space for guests to enjoy. Accessibility allowing for those faced with walking difficulties to access our home without being compromised by steps. The apartment all one level with no steps at the external access point. As guests enter our home they will greeted by a large open-plan living area leading on to a modern, fully-equipped kitchen/dining area. At the rear of the apartment is a very comfortable and lovely king size bedroom and bathroom. The bathroom accessible through the bedroom. Guests also have use of a sofa bed in the main living area allowing the apartment to accept parties of 4 - 2 adults and 2 children (the sofa bed suited to children up to 12 years only). The dynamic suiting couples and small families. Pet friendly - accepting one house-trained dog. The apartment allowing for a generous sized, light and airy space. Even on those hot Summer days the apartment allowing a very comfortable and cool living quarters. Guest access Accessible via a communal hall way. This self-contained, ground floor apartment allowing guests use of all the self-catering facilities they might need for a home from home experience. With its nautical themes this space offering guests all they might need for a home from home, relaxing seaside break. Though the apartment is suited for those with mobility issues sadly the bedroom and shower rooms are not big enough to accommodate wheelchair users. Other things to note No parking or private garden/terrace. Parking available 5 mins way at Tenby multi storey. Sofa bed - suited for children only (up to age 12). The bathroom is accessible through the king bedroom. Pet friendly - one house-trained dog welcome. We regret to inform no groups or events at our home. Ground floor apartment - suitable for those with mobility issues however please note there is no wheelchair access to the bedroom/shower room. We have no gas to the building. There are electric heaters located in the bedroom and living area (wall-mounted). There is a large towel rail in the shower room and electric fire in the fire place. Guests can use them at their disposal.
