House by Forest – 8 Guests, Fireplace & Sauna

Natural materials, high quality, child-friendliness, and comfort: the house consists of two adjacent apartments with a shared entrance. You’ll find wooden flooring in the bedrooms, underfloor heating in the tiled areas, a rain shower in the bathroom, and a wood-burning stove in the living room. A private sauna is also included. The terrace is covered and offers a beautiful view of the forest and garden. An outdoor kitchen with a premium Weber gas grill is available all year round for your use. The space Two of the bedrooms are furnished with double beds, and the other two with two single beds each. One of the open-plan kitchens features an extra-large dining table for 8 guests; both kitchens offer cozy seating areas with a wood-burning stove. The rooms and bathrooms are low-barrier, and partly wheelchair accessible. A simple travel cot and a high chair are available to borrow. Guests are kindly asked to bring their own bed linen and towels, if possible. Guest access The spacious Tannenhof grounds are open for you to enjoy – and there's so much to do: Play basketball, race around on pedal go-karts, visit the goats, relax by the campfire, jump into the straw castle, swing, bounce on the trampoline, or simply lie back and gaze up into the trees. The area is vast, close to nature, and beautifully designed – there's plenty of space for everyone, so it never feels crowded. The private garden by the house is reserved exclusively for guests of the apartment, while the rest of the Tannenhof grounds are shared by all our guests. Other things to note There is another holiday apartment ("Norway Spruce") in the House by the Forest, as well as two additional apartments in the Gartenvilla, located just 100 meters away on the other side of the property. Our holiday apartments are primarily intended for couples, families, or small groups on vacation. For larger groups, in addition to this apartment, you may also book: the "Norway Spruce" apartment (120 sqm, 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms) – for up to 8 people or the entire Gartenvilla (250 sqm, 8 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms) – for 10 to 16 people If your group is not a family group – for example, a team of tradespeople, a supervised living group, a bachelor party, etc. – please call us before booking. We assess such requests individually, depending on the group and the travel period.
