The apartments offer you flexible opportunities for recreation and creativity, whether it is used as a home when discovering Berlin or an inspiring retreat while working. The living areas are not completely separated from the sleeping areas, but because you have two apartments right next to each other, there are retreat options for larger groups and the flexibility to rest while others still sit together. There is a dining table in each apartment, but unfortunately no way to sit at a table for eight people The left apartment has two double beds (1.60 x 2.00 m) and a separate couch. Both beds are equipped with the innovative Emma One mattresses, which offers a special sleeping experience through a combination of Airgocell, viscoelastic and HRX foam. The right apartment has a double bed (1,60 x 2,00m) and a sofa bed (1,60 x 2,00m). The kitchens have been equipped with solid wood countertops made of oak, built-in appliances such as a microwave with an oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine, as well as hand appliances such as toasters, kettles and blender complete with high-quality Siemens appliances, and otherwise offer everything needed for a cozy breakfast or gourmet cooking experience. Of course, the apartments are equipped with high-speed internet, the most modern Samsung 55 inch flat screen TV and on request and upon prior agreement also, e.g. with office chair, games console or the like. Bed linen, towels and bathroom toiletries are of course included in the price. Also in the living room attention was paid to elegant design, so the left apartment is equipped with a cozy designer sofa, exclusive side tables from the German manufacturer DREIECK DESIGN and the entire floor is provided in the living room and kitchen with a high-quality flooring in oak flooring look.
