Redlands Farm - Close to Arrowtown

Modern and private country house with spectacular views. Located on our 25 acre farm 15 minutes from Queenstown airport and lake Wakatipu, 5 minutes from Arrowtown and 2 minutes from the famous original AJ Hacket Bungy bridge. Well located between Coronet Peak, The Rameakables and Cardrona skis fields for winter stays. On the farm you may meet horses, dogs, sheep, cows and a friendly cat called Mr T. Free, unlimited Starlink wifi available. The space The space is particularly popular with families. The house is modern, clean and warm and located on our small 25 acre farm close to Arrowtown. The house has two levels. The ground floor has an open plan living / dining area which includes a full kitchen with quality kitchen ware, crockery, cutlery and a coffee maker. The living and dining area has a dinner table for up to 6, comfortable sofas, smart tv and great views of the Remarkable mountain range. Upstairs are two bedrooms and a second living area and work space. The master bedroom has a super king bed and the second bedroom has the option of two singles or a super king double. Also available on request is a double sofa bed in the first floor living space. There is also a full desk and work space in the fist floor living area. The house comfortably sleeps five adults or four adults and two kids on the sofa bed. There is air conditioning / heat pumps on both levels and the whole property is plugged into the sun with a large solar power array. There is underfloor heating in the downstairs area which is fully tiled. Wifi is free and unlimited and works well in all areas of the house with multiple users. The outside courtyard has a gas bbq and outdoor dining area. The whole property has great mountain views from every window and there is plenty of parking immediately beside the house. Redlands farm is located about 10 minutes from Queenstown airport, 5 minutes from Arrowtown and 2 minutes from the famous original AJ Hackett Bungy Bridge, Wakatipu CycleTrails and Gibbston valley wineries.
