The space Your Exclusive Penthouse Layout Welcome to your modern, fully air-conditioned Penthouse, offering 50 sqm of bright, comfortable living space, designed for a relaxing and enjoyable stay for 3 guests (with flexibility for a 4th on request). The Penthouse is easily accessible via elevator (Lift) from the ground floor, ensuring a smooth arrival. Bedrooms and Sleeping Master Bedroom: Features a comfortable double bed, a private ensuite bathroom with a shower, and direct access to the quiet rear terrace—perfect for a peaceful retreat. Second Bedroom: Includes a single bed. This room is ideal for one adult or child and can accommodate an extra single bed (upon request) to suit small families. Bathrooms and Laundry Ensuite Bathroom: Private shower room accessible from the Master Bedroom. Second Bathroom: A separate shower room, which also houses a washing machine for your convenience during longer stays. Kitchen and Living Area Open-Plan Living: The bright living area combines dining and relaxation. It includes a dining table and a comfortable seating area with a Smart TV. Kitchenette: Fully equipped for your needs, featuring a microwave, a coffee machine, toaster, kettle, and all essential cooking utensils. The Highlight: Private Terraces Front Terrace (Main): Your sunlit, 50 sqm private sanctuary. This large space is equipped with an outdoor seating area and a BBQ grill, offering gorgeous views over the Xlendi valley and surrounding landscape. Ideal for al fresco dining and sunsets. Rear Terrace: A small, peaceful terrace accessible from the Master Bedroom, perfect for quiet reading or morning coffee. Guest access Your Private Rooftop Retreat As our guest, you will have full and private access to everything within the Penthouse. This apartment is reserved exclusively for you and your travel companions for maximum privacy and comfort. Access and Arrival: Key Handover is flexible and arranged with you. We can either personally welcome you at the entrance and show you the apartment, or, for maximum flexibility, arrange self-check-in by having you pick up the keys from a secured key-box near the building entrance. We will confirm your preferred method before your arrival. Building Entry: Access to the apartment complex is secured and clearly marked. Getting to the Penthouse: You can reach the apartment via the convenient elevator (Lift)—no need to struggle with heavy luggage up the stairs! What You Can Fully Use: The Entire Penthouse: Including both bedrooms, the living room, the kitchenette, and both bathrooms. Private Terraces: Make full use of your 50sqm rooftop terrace with BBQ and the quiet rear terrace. Amenities: All appliances, Air Conditioning (A/C), and Wi-Fi are available for your use. Important Note: To maintain a peaceful atmosphere and ensure the comfort and security of all guests, please avoid inviting any unregistered visitors to the apartment without our prior approval. Other things to note MANDATORY ENVIRONMENTAL CONTRIBUTION (ECO TAX) Please note: The compulsory Maltese Environmental Contribution Tax is NOT included in your total price. Amount: €0.50 per adult (18+) per night. Maximum Cap: The tax is capped at €5.00 per adult for each continuous stay. Payment: This tax must be paid in CASH upon check-in. Please have the exact amount ready. This contribution is legally required by the Maltese Government and goes towards sustainability projects. Shopping: A supermarket and grocery shops are located right next door—perfect for quick runs to stock your Penthouse. Easy Transport: The main bus stop is situated directly in front of the building, making it simple and comfortable to explore the entire island of Gozo. Important Practical Information Basic Supplies: We provide a starter supply of toilet paper and trash bags upon arrival. These items are not restocked during your stay. Energy Consumption: Please be mindful of energy use. The Air Conditioning (A/C) is efficient, but we kindly ask that it not be used with open windows or terrace doors. Quiet Hours: The Penthouse is part of a small residential complex. We kindly ask all guests to observe quiet hours after 11:00 PM (23:00) to ensure a peaceful atmosphere for everyone. Smoking: Smoking is permitted only on both private terraces and is strictly forbidden inside the apartment. Check-Out: Standard check-out time is by 10:00 AM.
