You can easily get to any part of the city from us. A walking distance (500 meters) is the embankment of one of the largest rivers in Russia - Obi. Lovely space for walks and beautiful views. Guest access We offer you: - 3 comfortable rooms for 4 and 8 seats, - Possibility to stay in separate rooms for Male and Female, - Separate bathroom (with bathtub and shower) and toilet, - large self-service kitchen equipped with everything you need (fridge, microwave, stove, kettle), - Multiple lounge areas with soft sofas, TV + books and board games - a snack bar where you can always buy some useful ones (individual slippers, toothbrush, raincoat, etc.) and delicious things (drinks, chocolates, etc.). The price is ALREADY included: - free internet - clean and ironed bed linen and towel - in the kitchen - tea, coffee, sugar - luggage accommodation - possibility to store valuables in the administrator's safe, - the most responsive administrators.
