Beautifully decorated four bedroom home in a quiet neighborhood. Dining, shopping & Arkansas Tech nearby & a short drive to Lake Dardanelle. Endless outdoor opportunities; hiking, mountain bike trails, river float trips, or a road trip on scenic Highway 7. Our home is the perfect place to call home during your stay. Please note, AirBNB has a strict policy for NO PARTIES or gatherings!! Only 8 guests are allowed on the property at any time & will be monitored by our three Ring Doorbell devices. The space This home is full of character and set up to meet and exceed your needs. No detail has been overlooked! It is a very spacious, four bedroom home with plenty of gathering areas. The large farmhouse dining room table comfortably seats eight, providing a perfect place for food, fun and fellowship! Bedroom 1 is the master bedroom with a king bed and an ensuite bathroom. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed. Bedroom 3 has a twin bed with a twin pull-out trundle. Bedroom 4 has a twin bed with an extra twin floor mattress. All beds are in private rooms and are welcoming places for retreat and rest. We also provide a Pack-n-Play, with an additional thick mattress for the comfort of your little one and a high chair, both of which can be found in the front corner bedroom closet. In-home entertainment includes a large smart TV in the living room, and a smart TV in the den. You'll be able to stream your favorite shows and movies from your own personal entertainment accounts (ie, Netflix, Hulu, Disney Plus, etc). There are also several games provided in the den for family fun. The house features a beautiful sunroom , the perfect spot for morning coffee or reading a good book! The sunroom overlooks the beautifully landscaped yard, the courtyard which is set up with comfortable seating, and the private inground POOL. The pool is surrounded by a privacy fence, but there is NO safety gate to keep small children away from pool. However, the french doors leading out to the pool area have safety latches at the top of each door which you can lock - well out of reach of small children. A nice pool deck surrounds the pool, furnished with comfortable deck chairs...a beautiful place to soak up the sun. The pool is seasonal; it is not heated and is covered after Labor Day weekend and re-opens late Spring. Guest access The neighborhood is easy to navigate. Parking is in the rear of the house in a double carport (for high profile vehicles, please note the carport has a 7' clearance). The driveway is 45' long for parking additional vehicles or boat trailers. Other things to note The sunroom is a few degrees warmer than the rest of the house on extra hot days. However, the ceiling fan should help keep it comfortable. Portable fans are provided in each bedroom for those who like "white noise" or for a breeze while sleeping. The hallway bath sink drains a little slowly - plumbers have checked and double checked - it’s not clogged. A privacy fence surrounds the pool, but there is NO safety gate to keep small children out. However, the double french doors that lead out to the pool DO have safety latches at the top of the doors that are out of reach of small children. The pool has full sun from around 11am to 2pm - but we think that's kind of great - because the shade is a welcome relief from the baking sun. The pool flood light switch is not available to guests, however the pool is surrounded by landscape lights for after dark swimming. The pool is not heated and is seasonal; it is closed and covered after Labor Day weekend - and is opened late spring.
