The space Outside you will find lots of parking in a circular driveway, as well as a 3 car garage. We often live in the home, so the decor changes often, including decorations for different holiday seasons. If you want to park in the garage, please request this as we typically have the space set up us a game room. Outside also enjoy a large stamped concrete patio partially covered overlooking a large landscaped fenced in yard. Inside you find all the latest technology, voice controlled lighting and HVAC, contemporary decor and large open kitchen-great room for entertaining or relaxing. Off of the two story foyer is the office with docking station ready to attach any computer to the wireless keyboard mouse, printer and double screen. Master bath includes spa-like amenities with gorgeous white marble, large (80 sq ft) steam shower, rain shower and two additional shower heads, heated floors and benches. Upstairs you will also find oversized laundry room with additional sheets and towels, second bedroom is a king guest room with available 'pack-n-play' crib, while the third and forth bedrooms are girls and boys themed. Guest access There is an attached 'mother-in-law' apartment on the property that is often inhabitated by my parents. There is a separate driveway and separate enterence to the apartment and they not have access to the home nor occupy the backyard when we have guests. Other things to note Message host to inquire about partial day non-overnight rental options. -This property is not available to local guests, nor guests without any positive reviews. -Quite time between 11 pm and 6 am (we do have an attached apartment, that my parents often stay in). -Hot tub not for guest use. -No shoes to be worn on any carpeted areas -No food and drinks to be consumed upstairs -Only certain dog breeds allowed due to child allergies (please note pets in request) -Additional guests above what was reserved, brought into the property, will be charged 2x the nightly guest fee.
