The room has direct access to the 2nd bathroom. Enjoy the beautiful view of the intercoastal from this room. The Kitchen is open between the living room and dining area. Look straight at the ocean as you make your morning coffee or tea. Turn around and view the intercoastal. Beach Access & Intercoastal Access with Private Fishing Dock The fishing dock! The beach is hard to beat, but so are the sunsets on the intercoastal. Walk across the street to the private dock for an evening sunset or cast your line. When the tide is lower, the kids love to walk the shoreline of the intercoastal and catch fiddler crabs (also great for fishing bait). The intercoastal is a great access point for fishing the Atlantic or simply sightseeing on the water. So, if you love boating, feel free to bring your own - boat and trailer storage available just few minutes away or renting is available. *(Please ask for details, additional fees apply)* Washer/dryer in unit. Unit is first floor (one floor above ground/parking garage). Elevator or stair access. Private beach walkway with 2 separate shower areas to rinse sand and salt. Access the beautiful white sandy beach from the private walkway. Crescent Beach in St Augustine has wonderful white sand, the beach is flat and perfect for long walks. Perhaps you'd rather bring your bike, the ramp to the beach makes this the perfect access spot. (there are a few steps at the bottom of the ramp, but not to hinder access). We're so lucky to also have access to the intercoastal so bring your fishing poles or sit on the dock and just enjoy the amazing sunsets. Want to add some sports fun, enjoy the tennis court or play pickleball and then go for a swim in the pool. Beach and fishing dock access is a rare find in St Augustine. Endless history and activities in St Augustine, about 15 min. away, but within a few miles away: The Commander's Shellfish Restaurant - 1-mile walk Devil's Elbow (boat storage and ramp .08 miles) Big Bill's Beach Stuff (5 min) watersports rental, including bikes (will deliver and pick up) Marineland (8 minutes away) - see the dolphins, sharks, etc. Matanzas Fort (2 minutes) - free ferry and fort tour Uber Old Town Trolly (hop on and off and tour historical St Augustine). Condo is oceanfront 1st floor (1 level up), elevator access. Fishing dock is just across the street. Beach walkway and fishing dock both have benches. Swimming pool between condo and intercoastal side. Tennis court also on grounds. All are easily accessible and within view of the condo.
