The Garden House, Noss Mayo

The Garden House is a converted building next to a Victorian rectory. The accommodation & amenities are maintained to a high standard, our guests have use of their own private & enclosed garden which has lovely views across Middlecombe valley. We are located half a mile from Noss Mayo, which is a 15 minute footpath walk down the hill from the property. We are also close to the coastal path and only a 25 minute drive away from Plymouth city centre. The space Accommodation has a separate, small double bedroom and a shower room (not ensuite), the living & kitchen area are open plan. We also have a comfortable sofa bed that can be made up for another 2 guests if needed. All bedding and towels are provided, along with a few toiletries/essentials in case you have forgotten anything. Accommodation has a fully equipped kitchen with a fan oven & hob, small fridge, microwave & dishwasher. Tea, ground coffee & sugar, oil & vinegar are available and we also provide a welcome basket for guests with some basic essentials : breakfast porridge pots, biscuits, and there will be some milk & orange juice in the fridge for you. Pets are very welcome, but no more than 2 well-behaved dogs. We have a washing machine and tumble dryer in another building, these are available if required. Guest access Guests have a private garden area with patio furniture and a BBQ. There is ample parking space for 2 cars and if more is needed, there is space in our field next door. Other things to note This is a quiet & rural location, Noss Mayo can only be reached by driving on some narrow lanes with passing places.
