Our farmhouse is the perfect place to meet friends and family for a week or a nice weekend ✨ The house offers large spaces and high volume, you can fully enjoy up to 12 people without being oppressed. It was our primary residence, but we left everything on site, amenities and decor to make it feel like home ✨ We are located 1h30 from Paris & 30min from Chablis and Auxerre 🍷🍇 The space In the countryside, at the foot of the fields and the forest, you can recharge your batteries 🌳 And in case of bad weather, (let's not forget that we are in Burgundy🙈😝) no need to leave the house, everything is designed to fully enjoy the interior 📺🎮♠️🎯🎱🫧 You will find everything you need for a pleasant stay on site: 🫧 Jacuzzi area, heated to 38° for you. In terms of amenities, everything is also available to guests on site: - Several sets of dishes, glasses, cutlery - 2 dishwashers (one large and one small) - Nespresso coffee machine, with capsules to relax as soon as you arrive after the trip. - Large fridge and freezer empty (A Thermomix with 2 bowls can be made available if necessary, ask in advance. - Raclette machine for 12 people - Crêpe party machine - 2 Beer taps ( - Large Campingaz brand gas barbecue with bottle provided at no extra charge. - Hairdryer - Some toys and books for children All Baby Essentials: Wooden baby bed with real mattress, baby bed with mattress, highchair, potty, bibs, cutlery and children's plates. Bed linen, bath cape available. As for bed linens: Travel light, linen is provided! SHEETS & TOWELS at no extra cost. Each of your beds will be made for your arrival. A small clarification, countryside means a change of scenery 🏡 the phone does not have a strong signal here but you have access to fiber Wi-Fi. Everything is indicated in the welcome booklet. Security deposit of €500 via Wannapay. Following several overflows, the Accommodation is equipped with a noise detector. In the event of overcrowding and non-compliance with the rules, we will be obliged to apply a financial penalty and shorten the stay.
