Wonderful terrace house North of Copenhagen

Dear guests, The house is perfect for guests/families who want to live in a silent and safe neighborhood close to Copenhagen with all normal amenities and a trampoline for the kids. The house comes with our little, lovely cat Maggie. She doesn’t require much attention, she is an outdoor cat and goes in and out through a cat flap as she feels like. All needed is to make sure that she has food and water. The space Spacious terrace house 135m2 plus a 50m2 basement. The house has four bed rooms with beds for a total of six people. Mattresses are available for two extra guests. The house is tidy, clean and with a high standard and tasteful furniture. There are several TVs with Netflix available as well as a SONOS player. There is a garden with a nice terrace and a large trampoline. Guest access The car can be parked for free on the street in front of the house, where space is always available. It is a very attractive neighborhood and the surroundings offer many opportunities: The neighborhood: * 200 m to nearest bus stop * 1,5 km to the train station that takes you to Copenhagen center in 20-25min * Groceries close by (Irma 300m, Netto 500m, Rema 1000 700m) * Beautiful nature with only 10 min walk to the lake area * Some of the best Mountainbike tracks in a biking distance of 10min (e.g. Hareskoven with +25km singletrack and tracks in Geels/Rude skov only 20 min on bike * Excellent shopping/cafes/restaurant in the city center of Lyngby 1.5 km away * 10 min drive to Frederiksdal beach (lake) * 20 min drive to Bellevue Strand (beach) * 20 min drive to the amusement park Bakken * 20 min drive to Copenhagen Other things to note Our cat Maggie will live with you. She likes the company of people (on her conditions), but in the summertime she is most often outside. She has her own cat flap and goes in and out as she likes. If you decide to come later or leave earlier it is not a problem as I will have someone come and take care of her.
