A beautifully refurbished and well maintained 2 bedroom (both en-suites) modern house in the heart of Buckingham town centre and just few mins walk from all amenities Additional large corner sofa to accommodate one guest. Short drive to Milton Keynes, Bicester, Silverstone. Free parking, Wi-Fi. HD Smart TV with Netflix, Prime, DVD Player. The outdoor area in the back garden has a built in bar with accessories…. Just bring your own drinks! A basic BBQ grill is available with basic tools. The space Ground Floor: Large open plan living/dining space with a large corner sofa-bed and french doors leading to a private garden with a built in bar. Smart TV with Netflix, Prime. Some board games and books. Seperate toilet. (Note: The garden bar is not stocked but you are free to bring your own drinks.) Well equipped kitchen with a new Nespresso coffee machine, washing machine, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, microwave, cutlery, cooking spices, pots and pans etc. Separate toilet off the entrance hall. First Floor: Two bedrooms (one double bed and one king bed) each with own en-suite shower cubicle, toilet and heated towel rail. Guest access You will have the whole house to yourself. Parking for 2 cars is right outside the main door and additional cars can be parked at Stratford Fields car park (free at the moment) which is only a minutes walk. Gas central heating, continuous hot water, electricity, bed linen, towels, fast Wi-Fi, Netflix and Amazon Prime included. Please note: There is CCTV at the entrance to the property. No provision for any extra guests over the strict 6 person limit. No facility for cot beds or extra beds either unfortunately. The stair has no stair-gate hence may be unsuitable for groups with under 2 year olds. House unsuitable for partying. Other things to note Please note that the house is in a residential block and is not suitable for parties or gatherings.
