Private villa/swimming pool in Tuscany

Two bedroom Villa in the Middle of the Tuscan Hills ,shared swimming pool, close to the village of San Miniato. Swimming pool is open from beginning of may until the end of october and it's not heated The space Villa filled with luxury furniture and contemporary art. The views from the garden and terrace are extraordinary, crowned by the swimming pool (which is shared with my family, we rarely use it) and a perfect outside dining area. I allow dogs but only friendly ones as I have 2 cats. Pool will be CLOSED end of september.
