Bukit Raya Guesthouse Comfort Room

We have 2 Comfort Rooms with AC, private Bathroom, garden access and all comfort like usage of meeting room, office, BBQ, pool in a very natural environment. The only "Bali-like-place" in Palangka Raya. We still have birds and butterflys around us... The space BUKIT RAYA - GUESTHOUSE is a newly renovated accommodation facility. Businessmen, tourists, volunteers to environmental and social projects, families or single persons will find a quiet, safe and relaxing island in the middle of the daily stress and business activities. Pay us a visit, it will be worth your while! It offers you a beautiful green environment, just 5 minutes from the centre of the city. From here you can make several trips, e.g. watch orang utans, go upriver, go uphill, visit a typical longhouse in which 20 families live, take a MAF plane into the bush or just relax on our complex in our natural swimming pool or in the hammock of the tree hut. Or maybe in the evening watch a movie in our outside 'theater'? Our staff speaks several foreign languages but also can help you in or with Indonesian. There are laptops and free WiFi is available and you can rent an air-conditioned meeting room. We cook al kinds of Indonesian and foreign dishes, like Swiss roesti or a great spaghetti. We even bake our own, delicious bread. We want you to have a wonderful and relaxing time in our guesthouse! Rooms Deluxe Double Room with Balcony There is one Deluxe Room available for elevated luxury and comfort. The 15sqm room is extended with a nice under-roof balcony of 8sqm and a private bathroom of 5.7sqm space with western toilete and hot water shower. The room is nicely furnished with hand made soldi wood furniture, kingsize springbed and 2 big lazy-chairs. The floor is made of an exclusive solid wood parquette and we have installed A/C in this room. Comfort room There are two comfort rooms available. These are 13sqm rooms with an additional sleeping attic for up to 2 additional guests. A 7sqm open-air bathroom with hot water shower, western toilet and sink is located directly behind each room. Furnished with Kingsize double bed, shelves and writing desk, a comfort room offers basic facilities for short term guests. Each bed is protected by a mosquito net. A/Cand a fan is installed for the guest’s comfort. Standard room There are three standard rooms with private bathroom attached, fully screened sleeping loft for up to 2 or 3 additonal guests and simple furniture. These rooms are naturally cooled by the huge gras roof above, cross ventilated and equiped with a big ceiling fan in each room. Villa Treehouse Our newest facility is the famous Treehouse approximately 6m above our tropical garden, attached to 5 Akazia trees and facing the huge crown of our Ficus Benjamini tree. The Treehouse is made of bamboo and totally natural materials, open to all sides and the Kingsize bed is equiped with a mosquito net. The integrated bathroom has a rainfall shower, closet and sink for our guests comfort. A big table, a little tea kitchen and storage space is also available. Through the big round roof window, our guests can see the stars during the night and the crowns of the trees around at daytime. Up to 2 to 3 extrabeds can be installed in the Treehouse.
