We'll be happy to help you with anything you need during your stay. The space Located in the La Alameda de Hércules neighborhood, apartment on the first floor of the building. Features two bedrooms, one with a king size bed (150 cm) and another with two single beds (90 cm). A bathroom (with bathtub), living room and kitchen in an open and spacious space, and pleasant balconies outside. Even though it's in the center, the street is quiet and the house is perfectly isolated from noise. You can rest pleasantly after enjoying Seville all day. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need, a ceramic hob, a washing machine, a microwave, a kettle and a coffee maker. Air conditioning hot/cold. Towels & Linens Shampoo, gel and other basic elements such as oil, salt, sugar, coffee, tea... at your disposal. We offer you a personalized tourist guide (Spanish, English and French), a map of Seville and tourist information. We will also be happy to offer you recommendations for bars and restaurants in the city so that you can enjoy the well-known Sevillian cuisine. Upon request we offer a crib and high chair. Guest access You can access the apartment in full and enjoy its three balconies facing the street. Other things to note Check-in time is flexible (guaranteed from 3:00 pm), until 9:00 pm. After 10:00 PM, a €20 surcharge will be charged. After 11:00 PM, the surcharge will be €30. Check-out time is 10:30-11:00 am. We will do our best to accommodate each guest’s needs.
