The house is close to the motorway and a short drive into the city. Bus stops are located outside the house and there is plenty of off street parking. The guest room, is completely renovated with drawers and side tables. The room attracts all the sun in summer and can be very hot. There is a log burner and heat pump in the main living area. The newly renovated bathroom is solely available for your use. The house has new carpets, lino and double glazing. The space The street is quiet with a dairy across the road and shops including a Night and Day close by in Caversham. There is a TV in the room which is connected to a Chromecast and also has Netflix installed. Guest access Dining Room Kitchen Laundry Toilet During your stay I enjoy chatting with anyone saying but am also happy to give you your own space. Other things to note I have a small dog a Jack Russell Corgi cross - a Cojack - called Charli. Charli is very friendly but will bark at people and other dogs when they walk along the fence line.
