The apartment "Frieda" on the upper floor offers 54.5 square meters (plus 8 square meters sleeping attic under the roof) of sufficient space for 4 adults and 2 children (up to 10 years). It has 2 bedrooms with comfortable double beds (180 x 200 cm and 160 x 200 cm), sleeping loft with 2 beds (80 x 180), living room, open kitchen (dishwasher, coffee maker and oven), 2 bathrooms with shower, toilet and sink, anteroom, large covered balcony, Wi-Fi, satellite TV, high chairs and cribs (on request) and sauna. The space In 2019, we completely renovated Chalet Franz and entrusted the interior design to the proven hand of award-winning designer Sophie Barrezeele. This has succeeded in creating a bright, friendly, cozy and stylish environment for your vacation. In the house, there are 2 separate apartments ("Xaver" and "Frieda"), which can be booked separately or together. Guests of Chalet Franz have exclusive use of a sauna and a private room with a washer and dryer free of charge. From all rooms you can see into the forest surrounding the house and the adjacent meadow and the surrounding mountains. A large covered balcony runs along two sides of the apartment "Frieda." A large meadow, which is also freely available to our guests, surrounds the house. We ask for your understanding that we do not allow pets. This is also in the interest of those guests who suffer from allergies. In summer, as guests of Chalet Franz, you can use the Alpine pool in Leutasch for 4 hours a day for free. In winter, the cross-country ski run fee is included in the price. Guest access Guests of the house have a sauna and a room with a washer and dryer for exclusive use. The apartment key also locks these rooms. There are also 2 grills and a large wooden table as well as an umbrella available in the outdoor area. Other things to note For adults and children from and including 15 years, a tourist tax of €3.50 per day per person is payable. Therefore, please indicate the number of travelers and the respective age of the accompanying children when booking. We will then request the corresponding amount from you via Airbnb. The larger bathroom is connected to and can be reached via one of the bedrooms. The smaller bathroom (2 square meters) can be reached by everyone via the living room.
