A five minute walk to Loutraki's famous crystal clear waters and pebble beach, our newly renovated apartment provides comfort and all amenities for a delightful stay. There's a bedroom that fits two and a living room that comfortably fits another two. Living room and bedroom have new air AC and fast WiFi included & Netflix on TV's. The electricity from the day you arrive to the end of your stay will be added at the end of your visit. Passport info required for taxes. The space Our newly renovated two room apartment located on the 5th floor is elevator accessible. The living room turns into a private two person bedroom with a couch that convers to a queen size bed. The bedroom has a full bed that fits two. Large balcony with a dining area. One bathroom with shower and washing machine. Full kitchen with all amenities; microwave, drip coffee and frapé machines. All appliances are new. We seasonally decorate the premises. Guest access The entire apartment will be yours. Other things to note Quiet Hours" or "Siesta Hours" Are taken very seriously and must be respected. Afternoon: 3:00pm - 5:30pm (15:00 - 17:30) Night time: 11:00pm - 7:00am (23:00- 7:00) No noise either outside or inside the apartment. Awnings Must be rolled up if winds exceed 5 Bft. You can call the emergency contact given to you in the original directions message. Directions: Loosen awnings Front bar must be lifted over metal security posts. They are where the bar connects with the post. They hold the awning in place. Roll up. Garbage Must be separated Taken to the big green and blue containers outside Inverters units on wall. OUTDOOR FURNITURE AND STORAGE CABINETS Especially in the winter (Loutraki is known for it high winds) bungee cords are secured on each side please secure by attaching them in the middle. Cushions are stored in the balcony in the outdoor storage trunk. December to end of January table and outdoor furniture will be covered. You can always uncover for use.
