Modern, fully equipped cottage/home situated on beautiful west-facing Reed's Bay, Wolfe Island. Easy walk or bike to Big Sandy Bay beach. This special property offers endless sunsets, gently sloping waterfront great for swimming, kayaking, paddleboarding, windsurfing and kite surfing. My home is well suited for families and small groups, with all the amenities needed for a relaxing vacation NEW! Brand new heat pump system installed for both heating and cooling The space The home comfortably sleeps 6 people. Some watercraft provided (kayaks, paddleboard, boogie boards) but feel free to bring your own. There are also other outdoor games available such as croquet and bocce. Inside there are board games, books, and a ping pong/pool table. Kitchen is fully equipped, and laundry facilities are available. This property may not be suitable to guests with pet allergies, as I allow guest to bring pets, and the cottage was the former home of two cats. Please note that this property is not a dedicated full-time rental property. There will be some personal belongings, but guests are provided plenty of space to unpack and store their own items. Other things to note I currently have a long-term tenant in a studio apartment above the garage. She is very quiet, has her own entrance, and you will have complete privacy in the main cottage, on the deck, and at the waterfront.
