You will appreciate its privacy, its terrace and the garden but also a walk in the forest and a health course 5 minutes away, the banks of the Lake 5 km away, hiking/skiing is 35 minutes away + Geneva/Thonon/Evian 15 km away (bus stop is 15 minutes on foot).
