Living/Dining Room: The main open-plan living space features plenty of comfy seating and a dining area for six people. A fantastic space for entertaining, relaxing or planning your next adventure around the Cotswolds. There is also a large smart TV for catching up on Netflix! A selection of DVDs, games and books are also available. Kitchen: Recently installed modern kitchen with Neff appliances, hide & slide oven, wine fridge, dishwasher, fridge freeze, induction hob and washer/dryer. Well-stocked with pots, pans, cutlery and everything else you could need to whip-up a feast. The fridge comes stocked with the essentials; milk, butter, fresh juice and local cakes. The pantry includes tea, coffee and sugar. Also includes a Nespresso coffee machine. Private Terrace/Outside Dining: The spacious private terrace has panoramic views across Spring Lake. Ideal space for outdoor dining, a drink in the sun, watching the wakeboarding and spotting local wildlife. Tucked away at the end of Spring Lake, this terrace offers more privacy. Rental includes the use of the Outback gas BBQ. Perfect for sunny days with friends and family. Bedroom 1: The main bedroom with a memory foam king-size bed overlooks the lake with a floor to ceiling window to make the most of the view. A travel cot, high chair, bed guard, changing mat and flexi gate are available at no extra charge. Bedroom 2: Twin room with two adult size single beds. Bedroom 3: A queen size double bed that comfortably sleeps 2. Bathroom 1: The recently renovated main upstairs bathroom with a contemporary waterfall shower, bath, toilet, sink and heated towel rail. Bathroom 1: The Downstairs Bathroom with a modern shower room with WC and basin. Parking: The front of 74 Nantucket, with ample parking just outside the front door. The house is at one end of the lake complex, offering more privacy than other properties. The Area: On Spring Lake there is a brasserie and gym (fee payable) both with views over the lake, a children's play area and the opportunity to waterski or wake board on the lake in the summer season. A ten-minute walk from Spring Lake is a Spa at the local hotel for a relaxing treatment or a dip in the pool. Sailing, kayaking, fishing lake and tackle shop are also within walking distance. Also in the Water Park is the opportunity to water zorbing, and go paddle boarding. There are many walking routes and cycle trails in the vicinity. Horse riding, paintballing and golf are a short drive away as well as the largest inland beach in the UK and ariel adventures at the Country Park.
