The space 116 Waterkant is an open-plan apartment on three levels. You enter at street level. Up a short set of stairs is the bedroom / bathroom (shower only). The main living area includes an open-plan kitchen, dining, TV and lounge area which is bright and sunny. It leads out onto the large deck with a pot garden, where most people choose to spend their days and evenings. We provide a washing machine, iron and ironing board for laundry; and in the kitchen there is an electric oven, a gas hob, a microwave, a fridge, and a dishwasher. There's a pellet stove and oil heater in winter, and fans in summer. For longer-term guests, we provide a weekly service of the apartment, with a linen change. There is on-site secure parking. If you have any mobility constraints, please chat to us before booking and we'll let you know whether the multi-level space is likely to be difficult for you. Guest access Exclusive use of the whole space. Other things to note De Waterkant is a vibey part of town, and in season it's packed - every bed is occupied. There are great restaurants and bars in the area, some of which have live music - you're spoilt for choice when it comes to nightlife. The other side of this coin is that the streets are lively at night, and sometimes party noise is part of the sound landscape.
