We've tried to be very detail oriented in providing anything our guests may need to have a comfortable visit. Exterior security cameras monitor front of main house (including street where you will park), as well as front door of the studio Guest access Small patio near front door of guest house has patio furniture for guests use. There is also a grill (all supplies provided) that guests can use. Keyless entry Other things to note STREET parking only. Guest will walk up driveway and guest house is attached to house in back w/its own entry door. There is a small outdoor turf area next to the driveway for taking pets out (can see in listing pics). You are also welcome to use our front yard. Must be leashed and clean up after (waste bags provided)
