Luxurious, cozy home in center with sunny gardens

Nice cosy home with a frontgarden facing south (and also a backyard) in a monumental building in the center, the tram station is at 2 minutes walking distance. The street is car free so it's quiet and good sleeping.The neighbourhood is beautifull! We have two separate bedrooms, one with a kingsize (160x200), the other with a queensize (140x200). I can place a bed for one person on request in a separate part of the living room. Feel at home in our lovely place. Enjoy the city! The space The entire place has recently been renovated. There's a lot of natural light in the living room and a city-garden facing south. There are 2 bedrooms available with two double beds and we can put an extra very comfy bed in a separate part of the living room. 'Special' features are: - Bubble bath & seperate shower - Gas heater - Floor heating - American refrigerator with ice cube machine - Smart TV w/ Netflix, Wii & Playstation - Coffee machine w/ fresh beans (the best coffee!) Guest access The entire home is accesible. Other things to note Welcome! Please keep the noise down around the house in between 23:00 and 10:00. No smoking inside the house please.
