For home & guest safety there are outdoor cameras capable of recording and sending video and audio. They cover the public sidewalk & street & backyard area). ------------------------ GUEST ACCESS We have "Smart Locks" and we will provide the access code for these locks 3 days prior to your check-in date. ------------------------ OPTIONS for EARLY CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT / BAG HOLDS Early Check-Ins / Late Check-Outs, eliminates our ability to rent the property to another guest before and after your stay. However we do have some options which may help. Please contact us with your request after booking and we'll send you more details. BAG HOLD For liability reasons, we cannot hold bags for any period of time, prior to your check-in or after your check-out. ------------------------ ENHANCED CLEANING: Prior to your stay our professional cleaning crew will deep clean and sanitize the entire home which includes, all bedding, blankets, sheets, pillow cases, towels, and bathroom floor matts. In addition, all light switches, door knobs, remotes and surfaces will be cleaned and sanitized prior to your stay. ------------------------ MAINTENANCE During your stay there will be scheduled maintenance which include weekly Yard Maintenance, monthly Pest Control and weekly Plant Services. Please be advised that our Plant Service is scheduled to take care of the existing exterior plants. They will not need to enter the home.
