Convenience store opens 24 hours on the ground floor. 7 minutes walk to Robinson Place Manila. 15 minutes walk to historic Area. Easy to take taxi or 7 minutes walk to LRT Quirino station. Security guards stays at entrance 24 hours. Safe and quiet but exciting area. The space One bed room and living room with kitchen and bathroom. You can also enjoy nice Manila bay view from balcony. Guest access Private room only. Other things to note You can smoke at only at balcony, but inside room is non smoking. No Pool and Gym inside the building. Early check-in or late check-out charge is 250 pesos per hours. Maximum 5 hours. Over 5 hours considered 1 night. No parking space available for my unit. Sorry for the inconvenience.
