Welcome to my apartment. This is an apartment with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms . The wonderful is the apartment is located , in the location overlooking the lake and has a very cozy, quiet space suitable for guests want enjoy the feeling of peace, a wonderful experience when coming to this apartment. Well know area for its vibrant expat community, safe and clean environment surrounded by many fantastic restaurants and bars to suite all your needs yet its only a short taxi ride to old quarter. The space The apartment is fully equipped with amenities for guests: - Large glass windows provide natural lighting and fresh air. - Luxurious wooden floor. - A simple kitchen full with cooking utensils, dining table and chairs. - Washing and Dryer Combine machine also included. - Separate bedrooms and bathrooms for privacy. - Modern and spacious living room, tv cable, internet wifi included. Perfect peaceful location to come back to after exploring busy Hanoi streets to rest and plan your next exploration. When renting my apartment you will feel like you are in a large hotel because I equip my apartment with 19-liter water bottles. Tea and coffee are available on the table or in the kitchen cupboard. Paper towels are always placed on the dining table and there are the best towels , face towels in the bathroom for you. In addition, I have a team to clean rooms for guests on request. Everyday the housekeeping staff will change your towels and face towels daily in the morning or noon. In the building there will be a washing machine and dryer, you can do the laundry yourself or ask the housekeeping staff to help you if you don't know how to use it. We will have instructions if you are confused. In addition, there are plenty of eateries and entertainment venues around the building. You just walk 10 minutes to the main road Xuan Dieu where there are many foreigners, very exciting and fun in the evening, the European restaurants around the road there. From the building you are only a 10-minute walk to a nearby park where you can have a barbecue or a picnic to enjoy the fresh air around the West Lake. Rent my apartment for a great, peaceful, enjoy life... Guest access You can access all functions / facilities / appliances in the apartment during your stay. Apartments have security guards to monitor and protect everything outside 24/24. The guard will have the responsibility to take you to the apartment and give you the key. Check-in time is after 2 pm and check-out time is 12 pm. Other things to note - Please wait at least 10 mins to make sure there is enough hot water for you. And turn off when using to avoid any accidents happen. - No smoking allowed inside apartment. Party and loud music is also not allowed in our house. - Kindly treat my property with respect during your stay and do not cause any major or superficial damages.
