The 35 m2 duplex is fully renovated with individual access to a typical street in Lille. The accommodation, independent but integrated into the house in which I live (I am a retired architect) is located in a suburb south of the city, undergoing restructuring, on a quiet street where you can park your car for free. You will be a 3-minute walk from the Lillenium shopping center, 15 minutes from old Lille (4 metro stations), and connected to the communication channels. The space You will enter the accommodation directly from the street. I try to create a warm atmosphere and meet all your needs: - On the ground floor: * seating area with TV box * sofa convertible into a single bed (note: extra bed). * table that can be used as a desk - Upstairs * equipped kitchenette with microwave oven, 2 vitro-ceramic stoves fridge, Senseo coffee machine and kettle, toaster, * table integrated into the kitchen for 2 or 3 people * seating area * bedroom area with double bed, storage, * bathroom with shower and toilet. Guest access By car: Centre Hospitalier or Lille-sud exit. By metro: From Lille-Flandres or Lille-Europe station, you can go to Porte des Postes station or CHU Oscar Lambret station. (Allow 4 or 5 stations). I will be there (in principle) to greet you upon arrival and explain how the accommodation works. Other things to note The location of the house is suitable for professionals, or tourists, due to its location close to the city center and the historic district, as well as the proximity of connections with the entire agglomeration.
