The ambiance is cozy and relaxed. It has a refrigerator, electric stove, Smart TV with cable and has wifi connection. There is also balcony with City View. - Unit is good for 4 pax - 40” UHD Smart TV with Netflix and Youtube - With Fast Wifi - No Smoking - Complete Kitchen - Bathroom with Heater Guest access GUEST ACCESS Guests will have access to some of the amenities with approval from the building admin. Pool access has a fee of P150 per head, weekdays only and up to 3 guests only. Plus full time access to SM North EDSA NO PARKING. We don’t have reserved parking slots for guests. The nearest pay parking lot open 24/7 is at the sides of the building on a first-come-first-serve basis. It is a secured paid parking which is guarded 24/7. Other things to note 1. Admin is closed every Sunday and Half-day on Saturday, so rush bookings won't be accommodated on those days 2. NO SMOKING 3. We cannot accommodate check-ins past 2pm 4. Check out: Strictly 12noon 5.
