Our vacation home is located in the bay of Kalkan Kalamar, just a 5-minute walk from the sea. It was completed in 2019 and has been home to many happy guests ever since. The villa has a modern design with 2 swimming pools, sauna, hot tub, game room and 4 bedrooms with sea views. The space Living room: In the open, spacious living area you will find comfortable seating, a large-screen TV, an American kitchen for your private cooking pleasure and a dining set. The floor-to-ceiling glass doors allow the warm Mediterranean light to flow freely into the spacious living area and reveal the view of the bay of Kalkan and the pool terrace. Kitchen: The large, spacious and modern open kitchen has a fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, gas stove, microwave, electric kettle, etc. 1st bedroom: double bed, wardrobe, bedside table, dressing table, air conditioning, bathroom, balcony with sea and Kalkan view. 2nd bedroom: double bed, wardrobe, bedside table, dressing table, air conditioning, bathroom, Jacuzzi, balcony with sea and Kalkan view. 3rd bedroom: 2 single beds, wardrobe, bedside table, dressing table, air conditioning, bathroom, balcony with sea and Kalkan view. 4th bedroom: double bed, wardrobe, bedside table, dressing table, air conditioning, bathroom.
