Pretty double, En-suite shower room on the ground floor of a modern property with separate access for guests, and parking outside. There are tea/coffee facilities in the room and I have provided a small fridge with everything needed for breakfast please let me know if anything else is required. The house is approximately 15 minute walk (downhill!) to the centre of Fowey. The space The room is suitable for 2 adults (one comfy double) and child under 2 (please bring your own travel cot) with En-Suite toilet and shower. T.V. tea and coffee making facilities and breakfast supplies are also in the room. It is calm, bright and beautifully furnished. Small dogs are welcome most of the time but must be requested before booking. I have my own little dog here. There is free wifi. Guest access Your room is on the ground floor of the property, with its own accessible access across a small front garden. I have my rooms upstairs, there is no access to the kitchen or my garden at any time. There are no cooking or laundry facilities at all in the accommodation. There is parking available outside on a quiet road and you are able to store bikes in the garage. During your stay I am around the house quite a lot of the day but guests are free to come and go as they please. I am happy to give directions, recommendations for local interests and walks into and around Fowey. Information literature is in the room but OS map can be borrowed. I can purchase advance tickets to the Eden Project if required, this can be slightly cheaper and will save you possibly having to queue when you get there. Other things to note PLEASE BE AWARE THAT THERE ARE NO FACILITIES FOR COOKING OR LAUNDRY IN THE ACCOMODATION. DOGS ARE WELCOME BUT MUST BE CONFIRMED WITH HOST BEFORE BOOKING. A lovely, little friendly dog also lives with me on the premises. There is no access to the private back garden unless by arrangement. If coming in by BUS, do not go straight into the town, ask for Hill Hay Close, turn into Hill Hay, then 2nd left (ignore road numbers) this leads into Du Maurier Drive, about 100yds is number 76. When walking from town, use these directions, DO NOT walk all the way up to the top of Du Maurier Drive.
