Clean, quiet, secure house located in Petaluma, offers 1 private bedroom and bathroom on 1st floor. Easy access to all of Petaluma and wine country. Because of local zoning laws, I can only rent the room for a minimum of 30 days or more. Parkway directly across the street from house, plenty of parking and not crowded. Private bedroom with queen bed and private bathroom on 1st floor of house. Comfortable back redwood deck and spacious front yard, house is directly across from parkway and walking paths. Walking distance to Leghorn Marketplace (Starbucks, Safeway, Pubs, restaurants and more!). Access to kitchen, dining room area and front and back yard. Of course your own bedroom and bathroom. I'm generally a friendly and conversational guy, I enjoy people but understand if you want your privacy. My neighborhood is sunny and there are lots of walking and biking paths. 5 minutes to several golf courses and parks. About 7 minutes to downtown Petaluma where you have a great movie theater, restaurants and music. I'm just a few minutes from Lagunitas Brewery. Walking distance to Leghorn Marketplace (Starbucks, Safeway, Pubs, restaurants and more!). Bus stops are within walking distance if needed. Parking is plentiful in front of house. Unfortunately I have specific house rules below because of prior issues with tenants so I have listed an extensive list of rules and guidelines. Please review and feel free to discuss with me. Generally looking for clean, quiet and respectful people. I work early and have long hours on weekdays so typically I'm in bed early so looking for someone who can adhere to this house culture. Quiet after 9:30pm please. No pets. No smoking on the property. No smokers at all please. Please limit the amount of alcohol you bring on the premises. No bringing into the house extra furniture and No bringing into the house any extra electrical equipment like fans, heaters, air purifiers, lamps, without checking with me first and a discussion around the increased cost of electricity. No bringing in to the house excessive/exorbitant amounts of personal material such as clothes, in other words no pack ratting. I'm a reasonable person and I can entertain reasonable requests. I do not allow parties or loud music that may disturb other guests or my neighbors. Bedroom and bed is only for one person. Unless otherwise discussed with me, no one besides the confirmed guest is allowed on the property. No fire arms whatsoever. No leaving doors open at anytime, even to go to your car. Do not leave main entrance door and any doors to the outside open unless there is a locked screen door associated with it. Doors and windows that have locked screens can be open for air flow. All doors and screen doors need to be locked prior to leaving premises ( I can help show you how to do this) Please do not block neighbors parking area and be mindful of how you park in relation to neighbors, I can help you with this. Must be able to clean up after yourself in all areas, kitchen, bedroom, bathroom on a daily basis. Any damage to any property in the house or the house itself, a charge will be levied for the replacement/repair and/or any labor needed for the replacement or repair of property. If ever during your stay you want a friend or family member to stay over, there is an extra bedroom that may be able to accommodate. Request for this would need to be in advance.
