This cozy compact bungalow sits privately beside the main house ,on 5 acres in quiet country location , surrounded by amazing gum trees This quiet location is only an 8 minute drive to Geelong CBD and 2 minutes drive to a shopping centre We are sited perfectly at the beginning of the Bellerine wine and food trail loop . 15 minutes by car and you are at Ocean Grove beach Perfect location for fishing and boating with access close by to boat ramps 15 km to the spirit of Tasmania The space The Bungalow is private but sits beside the main house ,We are available for assistance in making your stay enjoyable . Guest access Bungalow area, walk down and say hi to chickens and cows but please remember if a gate is closed please close it after use thanks Other things to note parking available beside bungalow ,private entrance We also have space for your caravan /boat/Van/truck with a U drive so you don’t have to reverse out .
