The Kamouraska Loft

Property number 301207 Loft attached to our house, located in one of the most beautiful rows of Kamouraska. New fully equipped accommodation. Five minutes' drive to several major attractions in the area, and just a minute from Highway 20 Exit 474. Lots of activities nearby: hiking, biking, climbing, kayaking! A few minutes' walk along the road gives access to a bird's-eye view of the St. Lawrence River and sunsets renowned for their beauty. The space The main bed is located on a mezzanine (queen size bed). The kitchen contains everything you need to make good meals. The bathroom has a single-person shower. The accommodation is 19'x19' + the space on the mezzanine. Children can sleep on the sofa bed or on the floor mattresses provided. We accept that adults are added if they agree to sleep with the comfort that camping would offer. We are also open to the idea of there being a tent outside. Guest access There is a very large backyard with views of the Cabourons mountain. A cabouron, or monadnock, is a hill emerging from the plain, particular to the Kamouraska region. A small terrace, on the courtyard side, is attached to the loft. Forest trails are directly accessible from the loft. Other things to note We provide 2 flip flops (single floor mattresses), a single inflatable mattress. A family with two children will be comfortable. We accept that adults are added if they agree to sleep with the comfort that camping would offer. We are also open to the idea of there being a tent outside. WINTER: available. Access to snowshoe trails directly behind the house. Cross-country skiing trails 10 km away (Sainte-Hélène). Other trails in Saint-Bruno, Saint-Philippe, Saint-Denis, Notre-Dame-du-Portage and Saint-Antonin. Winter sports paradise! Ice ring in Saint-Pascal.
