Small fine guest room with coffee/Netflix/Prime

You can expect my small but nice guest room with Netflix, south balcony & fully equipped kitchen for shared use with free coffee/tea and soda stream in a listed old building from 1898. Only 4 stops / 20 minutes on foot separate you from downtown and 25 minutes from the trade fair / 30 minutes from the airport by public transport. Nearby you will find everything you need from the bakery to the supermarket to take care of yourself. ***Maximum stay for 2 people is 2 nights** The space A small fine guest room in my 76 square meter apartment, in which I also live. The bed can be extended to a double bed measuring 1.60 m x 2.00 m. ***Maximum stay for 2 people is 2 nights.*** In addition to a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need besides coffee via a portafilter machine, French press or Bialetti and tea as well as Sodastream, dishes, fridge, stove, dishwasher, vinegar, oil and a larger selection of spices for preparing meals, you also have shampoo, shower gel and various drugstore products in the bathroom as well as a balcony to the green courtyard, which we share. Towels and linens are of course also provided. In your room, in addition to your own guest Wi-Fi, you also have other apps on the Apple TV in addition to free Netflix and Paramount+. Guest access You can share the kitchen, bathroom and balcony. During your stay I am available at any time if you have any questions.
