Violators will be fined 2,000 baht. 11. Please refrain from making loud noise in the common areas of the apartment. Please maintain good hygiene and order in the common areas. 12. Illegal activities such as gambling and drug use are prohibited in the room. If found, we will cooperate with the property department to report to the police immediately. 13. TM30 (proof of address) is not provided. 14. Parking is not allowed in the apartment. 15. Shower gel, shampoo, toilet paper, bath towels are provided in the house. Drinking water is not provided in the room. 16. If you need extra bath towels during your stay, please pay 50 baht/pc. 17. Do not use cards other than the room card to plug in electricity. If the equipment is damaged, the violator will be fined. 18. During the stay, if you need to change the bed sheets and duvet covers, it is 200 baht for one bedroom, 300 baht for two bedrooms 19.
