Our attached home Annexe (small bungalow) was built to a high standard four years ago (2016) and is located in a quiet residential cul-de-sac located about 20 minutes walk from Kendal centre along the old canal cycle way. The facility comprises:-OWN ENTRANCE , lounge/kitchenette,shower room, double bedroom , dressing 2nd bedroom , off road adjacent parking , dedicated private outdoor space and a secure area for cycles. We are ideally suited for trips to the Lakes, Morecambe Bay and the Dales. The space TV’s to all rooms , wifi, fridge, microwave , mini oven , kettle , 2 ring gas hob, toaster. Breakfast: Jam, marmalade , milk , spread, bread . Other things to note Local shops , pub , cafe , leisure centre are 10 minutes walkaway. A larger shower is available in our bungalow, laundry facilities available by agreement as/if required. We welcome well behaved pets , an additional charge of £10 / visit payable on arrival.
