Ridgeway, Town Farm

Ridgeway is one of seventeen holiday cottages at Town Farm, on the edge of the Chilterns. We are a working arable farm, with some sheep over the surrounding hills, we are lucky to have views over to Ivinghoe Beacon on one side, and Aylesbury Vale on the other. All the cottages each have their own unique charm, and we also run a campsite during the summer months. The `Pick Your Own` opens in June and guests can take a picnic and stock up on fruit and vegetables - this is a five minute drive away. The space Ridgeway is one of seventeen serviced properties at Town Farm, on the edge of the Chilterns. We are a working arable farm, with some sheep over the surrounding hills, we are lucky to have views over to Ivinghoe Beacon on one side, and Aylesbury Vale on the other. All the cottages each have their own unique charm, and we also run a campsite during the summer months. Ridgeway is a ground floor barn conversion with open plan living area, two bedrooms, a wet room and a patio area. The front door opens on to the living area with kitchen and sitting areas. The kitchen is fully equipped with cooker, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and kitchen table with four chairs. The sitting area has two double sofas and an armchair, a flat screen TV and a DVD player. The property has two bedrooms, one with a queen size bed, and one with twin beds. The wet room has a shower and a heated towel rail. Heating & hot water is powered by electricity. Please note that rental includes a GBP20 electricity credit allowance per week, any extra electricity credit is charged as required. We do not offer refunds for unused credit. Parking for two cars is available at the front of the property. A communal E.V. charger is available on the farm but electric vehicles must not be connected directly to the property.​ The property has access to the farm’s communal tennis court, games room and play areas. Guest access The property is self contained, and located on Town Farm. You are welcome to use the facilities on Town Farm, which has a play area and tennis court, as well as local footpaths. There is also a footpath through the fields to the local pub, post office and tea room in Ivinghoe.
