Paradise Main House villa built as a modern family beach property 1972 with 4 bedrooms on 3 acres direct beachfront on Diani white beach sands on the South Coast of Kenya. Ukunda airstrip the preferred method of getting to Diani from Nairobi Wilson airport by many airlines or Jambojet from JKIA. Ukunda airstrip is 5 minutes drive from the villa. Diani is about an hour's drive from Mombasa including the ferry. The space Kivulini beach villa Diani has 7 air-conditioned double rooms accommodating 16 people and extending to 9 double rooms when required for larger groups from 18 plus people. All bedrooms have either sea views or views of the surrounding coconut grove garden There is an inside sitting room one with a bar and several meal areas including the preferred outdoor terrace overlooking the sea protected by a Makuti roof and roof verandah offering magnificent views of the sea through the coconut treetops. Gazebo sitting for 14 +, small library, chess, table tennis, and dining areas. Kivulini Beach villa is decorated for comfort and relaxations with traditional Coastal Lamu furniture and local fabrics and paintings and run by 12 staff. In addition to the main villa are 2 one-bedroom villas, 2 two-bedroom villas each bedroom ensuite, and a 5 bedroom villa with its shared pool. All have private areas and shared beach access to 2 private paths to the private gates straight onto the white sands of Diani beach. All are rentable in addition to the main villa. The surrounding gardens have a natural beauty with mature flowering plants and are full of wildlife. Apart from the birds and monkeys, we have monitor lizards living in the "''Bundu '''at the back of the villa while the front has visiting Vervet & Sykes monkeys and the shy Colobus Monkey a protected species. Kivulini - meaning a shady place - is Swahili, is a small paradise and no one has visited without falling in love with it.
