A small terrace allows you to enjoy our beautiful climate, to have lunch or dinner outdoors. The kitchen is well-equipped and bright. The sea is only two minutes away, as is the bakery, bar, pizzeria, and tobacco shop. The beach, with its fine golden sand, is kilometers long. The space This lovely attic can accommodate two adults + 1 child. It has an air-conditioned double bedroom with a window and balcony and a sofa bed to comfortably watch TV or to accommodate a child/teenager, a modern kitchen with a fridge, freezer and oven, a bathroom with a shower, and a small terrace overlooking the sea, where you can have lunch and dinner. Guest access The terrace is exclusively for the attic. Another attic with a larger terrace is located on the same floor: the two attics are separated by a wall, a grid with plants and a gate. Other things to note Our places are distinguished not only by their artistic, architectural and cultural heritage, primarily the BAROQUE, but also by the culinary tradition rich in typical dishes and desserts of Arab origin that you can taste in our pastry shops. A short walk from the house, there is a renowned bakery with its own daily production of croissants, ricotta, spinach, parsley, tomato, and eggplant foccacia... and cuccinnati with ricotta and sausage... as well as, of course, bread in various formats...
