As a child, I played in these alleys and I remember his reassuring presence well as he watched us kids run up and down the steps. Today, this house retains all the charm of the past, carefully renovated to welcome those who want to experience Polignano in an authentic way. Spread over three levels, A Casa di Elena 12 is the perfect choice for those looking for independent accommodation but with access to one of the most spectacular terraces in the village. On the first floor, under a characteristic tuff arch, you will find a kitchenette equipped with two induction stoves, dishes and everything you need to prepare your meals. Next to it, an intimate living room with TV, a dining table and a French balcony, from which you can see the sea and the cliff that make Polignano so special. On the second floor, a staircase without a railing leads to the sleeping area: here you will find a double bedroom with a French bed (140x190 cm), a desk and a window with views of the sea. Next to it, a private bathroom with bidet, embellished with blue cement tiles that recall the colors of the Adriatic. On the third floor, the real gem: access to the large shared panoramic terrace, an enchanting space with tables and chairs, framed by over 100 Mediterranean plants. Here you can start the day with an outdoor breakfast overlooking the sea (service available by reservation), immerse yourself in reading while the sea breeze caresses you, or simply enjoy the magic of a sunset over the Adriatic. The terrace is shared with the other guests of the guest house, giving an authentic and convivial atmosphere, a place where every gaze is lost in the horizon and every chat becomes a special moment, just as it once happened among the fishermen of the village. Guest access Guests will have exclusive access to the entire house, which is spread over three levels: a living area with a kitchenette, a bedroom, and a bathroom. In addition, they have access to a large terrace with a sea view, which is shared with the other guests of our facilities. The house is completely independent. There is no sharing of interior spaces.
