The space This comfortable and modern house with 4 bedrooms, 1 hobby room with table football, Airbnb Superhost status, over 400 best guest reviews, is close to the center of Frankfurt in a quiet, green and very secure surroundings with a welcoming and relaxed community. The ancestry home is bright, modern, convenient and has two bathrooms. With a large garden with beautiful flowers and fruit-trees which is very beautiful in the summer. Plenty of free parking spaces directly in front of the house. The house is near the recreational area of "Frankfurt Green Belt" with the river Nidda nearby, a paradise for joggers and entertainment seekers. The biggest attraction for young and old is our red-cheeked turtle paddle, which paddles cheerfully in the pond and is always waiting for food. Type of room ---------------------- The room is available for long or short stays, the kitchen and bathroom are shared amongst guest and me. I can even rent the whole house for up to 8 weeks a year when I'm on vacation. The room is vast and suitable for 2-5 people and can be locked for privacy. The room is full furnished. 1) Room Lounge, 3 single beds (90 x 200 cm), maximum 4 beds, ground floor. If there is more than two people, an extra guest bed can be installed, if requested For children up to 3 years old, we can provide a child's bed (60 x 120 cm). Bathrooms ------------------ Two bathrooms (guest + private) with powerful hot shower, floor heating, bidet, bath tub. Fresh towels, hairdryer and basic toiletries are provided. It may happen that several guests share the bathroom. You can use our private bathroom, but you will probably have to share with us. Room facilities --------------------- The rooms are contemporary; each has a table-fan, heating, table and a chair. There is a wardrobe with plenty of hangers. Bed sheets are provided for every room. Each and every door to your room can be locked individually, with smoke detector and has shutters on the windows. To welcome you, every room has a free small bottle of mineral water. Business facilities ------------------------ High-speed internet, unlimited Wi-Fi is available throughout the house, fax, free phone (in Germany to landline only), SAT LCD-TV, DVD player, office with computer, scanner and printer are made available. House facilities and Eat-in kitchen -------------------------------------------- Situated behind the kitchen is a large garden, and conservatory. The Eat-in kitchen contains a large dining table to eat, for 10 persons. The modern Eat-in kitchen is fully equipped with oven, ceramic hob, microwave, blender, toaster, kettle, rice cooker, egg cooker, JURA E8 PLATIN Espresso + coffee maker, dishwasher, refrigerator, and you are welcome to cook your food or use of the basic food supplied. The dinning table can entertain ten people comfortably. Guests have their own large fridge. The library contains plenty of impressive history and travel books. I also have a office with Computer, scanner and printer. The hobby room with the table football is located in the basement. Around the house ------------------------- We live in a very quiet area and have an extraordinary garden where you can have a barbecue or just relax. A large playground is behind the house. Our house is a Non-smoking house. Smoking is only allowed in the garden or winter garden. On the street in front of our house, there is plenty of free parking. Nearby: supermarkets, restaurants, pizzeria, bakery, an ATM, a post office, a bowling center, a fitness center, a horse riding arena and several outdoor pools or indoor swimming pools to choose from. REWE supermarket (500 meters) is open until midnight. The fitness center (Fitness First) has lots of classes (yoga, energy step, Zumba, etc.) apart from usual gym equipment. They also have badminton, sauna and swimming pool facilities. A motorbike rental is nearby. We live near the recreational area "Frankfurt Green Belt" with the river Nidda nearby, a paradise for joggers and recreation seekers. If you like to cycle, bicycles are available (in all sizes). The cycling path along the river Nidda is beautiful. I also have a canoe to paddle on the Nidda. Family friendly ---------------------------- The house is very suitable for children. It has an enclosed garden. Behind the garden is a large playground with lots of play equipment. Nearby is the river Nidda with the renatured old airport. A real adventure playground with ponds, pools and a jungle to let off steam. Close by is the Eschersheim outdoor pool with a giant slide and water features. There are two flights of stairs in the house. The basement stairs can be locked with a barrier. Connection ------------------ Due to the excellent connections by train S6 (S-Bahn) and subway (U-Bahn), the property is an ideal base for your stay in Frankfurt. S6 train to trade fair (11 min), Central Station (15 minutes), to the center (19 min), the airport (41 minutes) with 15-minute intervals. Alternatively, there are buses and subways. Walk to public transportation takes around 5 minutes. To highway by car 5 minutes. Pick up / shuttle service --------------------------------- To railway station Frankfurter Berg and bus stop - Free. If you book the room, I will meet you at the Station Frankfurter Berg. Food -------------- The price does not include meals. Breakfast, lunch and dinner can be prepared by yourself in the fully equipped kitchen. Languages --------------- German, English, Italian, French and Chinese. Tours and Attraction in and around Frankfurt --------------------------------------------------------- There are many interesting sites to visit in and around Frankfurt. Like all other German cities, Frankfurt was also heavily destroyed during WW II and is rebuilt again in a modern way. Skyscrapers dominate its skyline. Security ---------------------------- The house is in a very safe residential area. The outside area is monitored by cameras. In front of the house, the camera monitors the entrance. Behind the house, the camera monitors the yard and the entrances.
