Please Note: SHARED ENTRYWAY Please Note: NO LOCAL BOOKINGS Please Note: FRIENDS & FAMILY (Covid19) Please Note: NO PETS (as I am Allergic) -Guest have access to 1 Bedroom with 1 Queen size bed, 1 Queen size Air bed and 3 Twin size Air beds -Guest have Private access to 1 four piece Bathroom -Guest have Private access to Full Kitchen, Living Room and Den -Guest have Shared access to Refrigerator & Microwave -Guest have access to Free, truly Unlimited, High Speed WiFi -All 3 TVs with completely loaded FireStick, Netflix, Prime Video, Peacock Tv and more -Guest have access to the Wii Game console with All it's games. However, there will be a Fee assessed if Anything is broken or missing -Guest have access to All Electronic devices. However, there will be a Fee assessed if Anything is broken or missing -Guest can use any Small appliances with permission & instructions from owner -Guest have access to Baby playpen, high chair, stroller, baby bath & toys -Please don’t allow Anyone to Stand or Jump on the furniture (as I’m trying to get ahead, not replace my New furniture) -Guest do Not have access to designated part of the home, in which I Occupy. -Guests May SMOKE OUTSIDE ONLY (an ashtray and bench are provided) -Guests may have company up to 10 people including themselves (THIS IS VOID DUE TO COVID-19) -Guests may Not have guests that sleep over without permission from host (well you know what I mean ;-) Other things to note It's most important to me that you're comfortable.
