Loon Lodge

Located on beautiful Damariscotta Lake, "Loon Lodge" is a rustic cabin from another era. Fall asleep to the sound of crickets and frogs and wake every morning to the call of the lake's many loons. The cabin is 30 minutes from Augusta and 15 minutes from Damariscotta. Hiking enthusiasts will enjoy climbing the Camden Hills-a quick 45 minute drive from the lake. You’ll love my place because of the views, the ambiance, the people, and the location. My place is good for couples and solo adventurers. The space This is a small, rustic cottage and the bedroom is separated from the living room by a 3/4 wall. This is excellent as it allows guests to watch the sunlight reflected from the lake shimmer on the ceiling in the mornings. Guest access Guests have full access to the cottage and dock. The swimming area to the right of the dock is sandy though guest swim and boat at their own risk. Other things to note DSL internet is available! While we do not offer cable television, our smart TV allows you to stream with ease!
